About Good Measures

Why do some issues in Good Measures appear greyed out?

This simply means you don’t need to make updates to these issues, as we’ve determined they’re not relevant to your brand.

Last updated on 18 Dec, 2025

Your experience in Good Measures is personalised based on what we know about your brand and the updates you share. That way, you only see sustainability issues that are pertinent to your business. When some issues are greyed out, it means we’ve determined they aren’t relevant to your brand based on the answers you’ve provided. For example, if you indicate that your brand doesn’t use animal products, questions about animal welfare will be greyed out as they don’t apply to you.
